Belter for the Shelter returned to the Hackney Empire on Thursday 19 March. Thanks to the fantastic lineup of comedians who treated us to an incredible night of comedy in aid of the shelter, raising £15,264! The funds raised will go towards keeping Hackney Night Shelter open all year round, providing emergency accommodation to over 200 people each year who would otherwise be sleeping on the streets.
Thank you to the wonderful volunteers, staff and all the brilliant local businesses who donated to the raffle as well as everyone who came along and made it a night to remember!
