Hackney Night Shelter was founded by volunteers 27 years ago and they continue to be central to our work. The Volunteer Coordinator is essential to ongoing involvement of volunteers - without them, Hackney Night Shelter would simply not exist!

From recruitment and induction to training and day-to-day contact, the Volunteer Coordinator supports volunteers in their roles and helps to keep everything running smoothly.

We are looking for a team player who has experience of volunteering and an interest in the work the charity and the Hackney community.
